Terms of Service
By using Aqarat you agree to the terms below.
08 September 2026
The service
Aqarat is an online service for managing property: buildings, units, leases, invoices, expenses and maintenance requests, with a public listings site for vacant units.
Your account
- You are responsible for the accuracy of what you enter and for keeping your password confidential.
- You are responsible for the users you create within your organisation and the permissions you grant them.
- Tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorised use of your account.
Trial and subscription
New accounts start with a free trial, no card required. After it ends an active subscription is required to keep using the service; your data remains stored in the meantime.
Subscription pricing and cycle are shown inside the platform and may change in future with prior notice.
Tenant and owner data
You, not we, are responsible for the tenant and owner data you enter. You confirm that you have a lawful basis to collect and process it through the platform, and that you inform the people concerned where required.
Acceptable use
- Do not use the service for anything unlawful or to harm others.
- Do not attempt to reach another organisation's data, or to breach or disrupt the platform.
- Do not publish misleading or unlawful content in public listings, or content you do not hold the rights to.
Availability
We aim to keep the service available, but it may pause for maintenance or for reasons beyond our control, and we do not warrant that it is free of faults.
Termination
You may stop using the service and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may suspend an account that breaches these terms, telling you why where we can.
Limitation of liability
The service is a tool for organising your data; it is not legal or accounting advice. We are not liable for decisions based on its output, nor for indirect losses, and in any case our liability does not exceed what you paid for the subscription in the preceding twelve months.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, and the courts of Amman have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
Changes and contact
We may amend these terms; the last-updated date appears at the top of this page. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept it.
For questions or to request deletion of your data: support@aqarat-admin.com or WhatsApp 0782020444.
