A flat price per unit per month, with optional add-ons and prepay discounts.
- A base price per unit per month.
- Owner portal: a small amount per enabled owner (office accounts).
- Tenant portal: a small amount per enabled tenant.
- Discounts when paying for 6 months or a full year.
